Notice: Internal Staff Training - ASEAN TIT 2025
We are pleased to announce that we have resumed our Internal Staff Training - ASEAN TIT
The TIT training this year was conducted on the 26 - 28 November 2025 where participants from the subsidiaries and instructors will be joining us for the event.

- Practical Session: Chain Cutting, Riveting & Cableveyor Assembly
- Group Case Study Discussion

CHAIN CUTTING
After understanding the procedure, our participants proceed with their hands-on experience with the chain cutting with a guided instructor on the scene.
CHAIN RIVETING
After the chain cutting session, followed by the chain riveting session, participants get to piece together a small chain and commence with the riveting.
CABLEVEYOR ASSEMBLY
Last but not least, all participants get to put their understanding of the cableveyor parts to the physical assembling of the cableveyor chain via our cableveyor assembly workstation, along with a guided instructor/staff onsite for guidance.
The purpose of the TIT training is to equip our staff by refreshing their knowledge on the products.
Also, having engagement between each subsidiary by conducting a group case study for group engagement based on a certain topic related to our product and the group has to come out with a solution to promote the product and solve for our customers. With the topics all covered during the TIT session, the participants were also given a test on the last day of the session.
With the closing of the training, the participants get to engage with each subsidiary during the TIT session. Additionally, participants have the opportunity to refresh their knowledge of the products.
